"Last year I was doing three classes a week with Cheryl. I like the Iyengar style of yoga because each action is explainable in terms of the body. It´s not a case of 'here´s the pose now do it', each pose is broken down into parts which can almost be practised separately.
I recently attended a yoga workshop in Melbourne and there were 20 other participants in their 20s and 30s. I was amazed at how supple I have become. Yoga is not a competition but I got quiet satisfaction when the teacher pointed out my handstand to the others."
