"I reflect on how lucky I am to have found yoga at a time when I really needed the balance. At that time infertility and myriads of emotional ups and downs ruled my life, gradually motivation became easier life slowed down and I was more aware of myself and of those around me. All of this unfolding little by little with many small successes and failures. the human body exhibits  wonderful energetic responses and you can back on track even when you feel sluggish and unmotivated by simply moving with specific breathing to open the body's pathways of vital energy. I had heard the above but after attending classes with one teacher, was soon to start an everchanging experiential pattern of life. Always, learning to respect my own limitations and this is now what I encourage in other people."
