First Grade Workshop

Why is Strength Just as Important as All Other Components?

Where power, put simply, means we practice with all components in combination. We need to train the strength from within and concentrate on the awareness of breath as we execute our fully meditative practice. 

Seek Balance & Happiness

Let's explore the heart relationship AND perhaps allow the emotional barriers to be broken down and find the baby steps to achieve this.We will use breath & some supports. 
The last day will be completely restorative.

The uninterupted flow in your practice is a very important tool for allowing grace to evolve. By cultivating grace you can become awre of cosmetic changes. Yoga can be used as a cosmetic tool

How can we be sure of the therapeutic value of yoga. Are you afraid that yoga will aggravate chronic aches and pain? Do you avoid yoga because you are too out of shape?
Rest assure we will show you exactly which poses are for you and how to do them. Let's modify and make it simpler and if you find your yoga a breeze then we will add some more fire to it!

Dynamic Meditation

Meditation can be seen as just sitting still but for most people this is impossible. Sometimes it is easier to release all the build up of emotions, anxiety and blockages with some very exuberant dancing, shaking and physically moving our bodies to a favourite piece of music.
This is used as a tool to completely exhaust the body so that quietness just comes without actually trying to make it happen. Of course it is great fun in a group and your body will remember it very easily.
