Beginners Yoga Classes  These are holistic yoga classes taught by Cheryl Dingle, suited to beginners or those who wish to deepen their practise in a slow and nurturing environment. Emphasis is placed on students moving through posture sequences according to their individual needs and abilities. Each class flows into the next class so the student experiences gradual progress. Classes offer asana, both restorative and dynamic, breath control and meditation in a relaxed atmosphere. Students are encouraged to be mindful and adventurous in their self-exploration allowing for gradual change to emerge.
